Make a proof record

Choose New Proof, take your packing photos, then choose Done. Order numbers and notes are optional and can be added later. To add a receipt or more photos later, open the saved record and choose Add photos. Choose the receipt or extra-photo category, take your photos, and choose Done to add them to the same record.

The camera is unavailable

Check that PackProof has camera access in your device settings, then return to the app and retry. If the camera takes longer to start, allow access if prompted or choose Retry. Retrying keeps photos already taken in this session. A failed photo is not saved as a successful capture.

A record will not save

Check the available storage on your device and retry. Do not remove the app to fix a save problem: removing it may delete your records.

Export a PDF

Open a proof, choose Export Proof, review the privacy options, and use Preview PDF to check the document. Choose Export to open the system share sheet, then select where to save or send the PDF.

Check the destination for the file before relying on that copy. Canceling the share sheet does not complete an export. Sharing directly from the system PDF reader may not update the record's exported status.

Protect buyer information

Read labels and receipts before sharing. Field-hiding options do not edit the pixels in your photos. You can exclude label photos from the export, but other photos may still contain private information. Do not share a file if it contains information you do not want to disclose.

Recover or move records

There is no PackProof account, in-app cloud sync, or cloud restore. A PDF export is a document copy, not an importable app backup. Keep important exports in a location you control.

Disputes and marketplaces

PackProof organizes photo records. It does not submit appeals, verify the authenticity of photos, or guarantee that a marketplace will accept a record or resolve a dispute in your favor.

Reporting a problem

When reporting a problem, include the app version, device model, operating system version, and steps to reproduce it. Do not send buyer addresses, shipping labels, or unredacted proof files.
